Following changes to the UK Government Covid-19 guidelines, there are now no restrictions for tourists visiting the UK and we would be delighted to welcome you back very soon.

 

Of course, the health and safety of our guests and staff remains of paramount importance and we have taken extra precautionary measures for when you return to us for your amazing private tour.

Hygiene and Sanitisation

​

• Our drivers will sanitise, using anti-bacterial wipes, any vehicle touch points when you start your tour and each time you return to the vehicle after visiting sites.

 

• We will deep clean the inside of all vehicles at the end of each tour so they are fully sanitised for the start of every new tour.

 

• We will provide hand sanitiser on board each vehicle and a supply of disposable face masks and disposable gloves, free of charge for you to use any time during your tour.

 

• Our wonderful and knowledgeable driver guides will wear a face mask during the tour if you request and socially distance themselves from your party as best as possible. We kindly ask that you maintain a minimum 1 metre distance when possible and avoid handshaking or hugging your guide. All guides have been doubled jabbed and take twice weekly covid tests.

 

• We are working with the tourist sites, pubs and restaurants to ensure that when we stop for visits and for lunch/dinner that it is a safe and enjoyable experience for you. We will take care of everything and explain what is required to abide by venue rules on social distancing and hygiene.
   

 

Payment/Deposit/Cancellation Policy

 

Whilst we hope the UK has now emergmed from the Covid-19 pandemic, we appreciate there is still some uncertainty and that plans may need to change.

 

For this reason, we have amended our policy to give you extra peace of mind when booking with Kingdom Private Tours.

We only request a small £100 per day tour deposit paid via online invoice that we will email the client. They can pay with a credit or debit card for groups of 8 people or less. This will also have a small admin charge of 3% to 5% added. The tour balance is then paid on the day of the actual tour itself upon meeting your guide first thing in cash British pounds only.

 

The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the tour is due to take place. After this date unfortunately clients will not be able to get a refund from us and are advised to go though their travel insurance. 

 

Note for groups of 9 people or more no mater if it is a multi tour van booking or coach booking you are required to pay for the booking in full once it is booked and confirmed by us via email. This payment must be made by wire transfer to our business UK bank account only. Our details will be emailed to the client so the transaction can take place. The refund policy for this type of tour is different to the standard day tour for 8 people or less. The tour fee is fully refundable for up to 45 days before the tour is due to take place. After 44 days or less for when the tour is due then the entire tour fee is non-refundable for any reason whatsoever no matter what. Do not book this type of tour if you do not agree with this term.

Finally, don’t forget that we operate private guided tours only, which is a much safer option than a tour bus or mixed walking tour group. You and your party will be the only guests on our tour journey allowing us to remain safe whilst we travel and explore the great historical sites of the U.K.
